In 2020, Pavel integrated with the Nepalese sourcing team to establish the robust infrastructure required for global trade, developing the logistics, compliance frameworks, and client-side systems that facilitate reliable bulk supply operations.

The company maintains a strict division of operational responsibilities to guarantee quality and efficiency. Sri and Rai oversee direct sourcing, local community relations, and quality control at the point of origin.
Pavel directs international operations, institutional order processing, and cross-border delivery coordination.
